Polyspec’s main focus is in 2 areas: full service plastics consulting, from concept through to mass production and global sourcing of diverse precision components, assemblies and products for our customers. This is supported by decades of experience in design across a wide range of domains. The smallest part we’ve developed weighed 0.008 grams, the largest was a 54-meter composite moulding.

CNC milling & turning
Mass production: Long-term partnerships with manufacturers in Australia, Asia, Europe. We can take the risk and hassle out of sourcing from overseas suppliers.
Matrix Tooling: Australia’s largest range of modular injection moulding tools, allowing 3D printed inserts, production inserts with cooling and ejection, hot-swap tools and ejector locations.
Post process: Pad printing, ultrasonic welding, electroplating, product assembly
Design: Full in-house project support through concept, 3D CAD (Solidworks, Rhino, Grasshopper), Moldex 3D moldflow analysis
