About This Project

We worked with Melbourne-based FitMy Car to develop the Bedrock range of custom floor liners for utes and 4WD vehicles.

 

Starting from laser scan data of vehicle interiors, each mat design adapted a universal style guide to the specific vehicle, for driver side, passenger and rear mats. This results in a product whose function, fit and finish is far above the quality level of competing imports.

 

Production ready tooling and cutting files were sent for CNC machining of aluminium moulds for vacuum forming & CNC trimming.
